I renewed my subscription to Wincustomize on Xmas eve for 2 years and have yet to have my status changed fron level 4 to level 5

No, and I just received my bill from my credit card for $54.95 so basically I wondering what I paid my money for? I've been paid up since December 24, 2006 without a word.

I recently upgraded to Desktop 2007 and paid for that and renewed my wincustomize for what reason?

Now I need to know how do I get my money back or they need to restart my 2 year renewal when they actually do it.

Is there a phone number or e-mail address that I can contact someone?
